Restock Planner

The Restock Planner helps you schedule recurring reorders based on an order template.

When enabled, BRNDY generates a draft reorder prior to your scheduled restock date.

There are no subscription fees and no automatic charges.

Orders are not processed automatically. Each reorder requires your review and approval before it becomes an order.

You select a restock frequency. BRNDY generates a draft reorder prior to your scheduled restock date.

You may review, adjust quantities, remove items or approve the draft reorder. No order is placed until you approve and complete payment.

Deliveries are scheduled around your scheduled restock date and are subject to estimated delivery windows. Exact arrival times may vary depending on carrier routes, traffic conditions and operational factors. Delivery dates and windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

A draft reorder is generated prior to your scheduled restock date. Reminder notifications are sent via email and, if you have provided a mobile number, may also be sent via SMS.

Email remains the primary notification channel.

Payment in full must be received or confirmed before the dispatch cutoff time stated in your restock notification.

Where available, BRNDY may provide an SMS prompt to confirm dispatch. Any dispatch confirmation remains subject to payment clearance/confirmation.

If payment is not received by the cutoff time, the scheduled delivery will not proceed.

If you increase the quantity of items in your draft reorder, additional units beyond your planned reorder amount may be subject to BRNDY’s standard production timeframes.

The originally planned reorder quantity will proceed as scheduled where possible. Additional quantities may be produced and delivered separately.

If a scheduled reorder is missed due to non-payment, the Restock Planner will be paused.

No further draft reorders will be generated and no additional deliveries will be scheduled.

BRNDY may hold any goods already produced or allocated for up to 30 calendar days from the original scheduled reorder date. After this period, BRNDY reserves the right to dispose of such goods.

The Planner may be reactivated once payment is received or by contacting BRNDY.

Where goods have already been produced or allocated, design changes or rebranding requests will apply only after existing quantities have been fulfilled or otherwise disposed of.

Customers may cancel the Restock Planner at any time. Cancellation prevents future draft reorders and scheduled deliveries.

Any goods already produced or allocated to the customer remain subject to BRNDY’s Terms and Conditions and related policies, as amended from time to time.

Providing a mobile number enables SMS reminders and dispatch-related notifications. SMS notifications are optional.

If you provide a mobile number for the Restock Planner, you agree to receive messages relating to draft reorders, payment reminders and scheduled deliveries.
