1. Overview

BRNDY delivers within Australia only.

Production commences only once (a) full payment has been received by BRNDY, and (b) final artwork has been approved in writing.

For the avoidance of doubt, references to “business days” exclude weekends and public holidays in New South Wales, Australia (for production timeframes) and public holidays applicable at your nominated delivery location (for delivery timeframes).

2. Production Timeframes

Estimated production timeframes (to dispatch)

  • Food Paper & Bags: 5–8 business days
  • Cups (Standard): 7–11 business days
  • Cups (Express, where selected and approved): 5–6 business days

When the clock starts

Timeframes are measured from payment confirmation and final artwork approval. Delays in providing artwork, requesting changes, or approving proofs will delay dispatch.

All production timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Dispatch

“Dispatch” occurs when goods are handed to BRNDY's nominated carrier for delivery.

BRNDY may, at its discretion, dispatch an order in instalments (for example, where items are produced at different times).

BRNDY may select the carrier and shipping method at its discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Carrier delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or regional delivery locations. Any such charges will be payable by the Customer and will be communicated where applicable.

5. Delivery, Proof of Delivery & Risk

Signature required (default)

Unless the Customer expressly authorises “Authority to Leave” (ATL) at checkout, delivery requires a signature at the nominated delivery address.

A signature may be provided by the Customer or any person at the delivery address reasonably believed to be authorised to accept delivery (including cafe/store staff).

Authority to Leave (optional)

If the Customer authorises ATL at checkout, delivery is deemed complete when the goods are left at the nominated delivery address.

Risk transfer

BRNDY bears the risk of loss or damage in transit until delivery occurs as described above. Where ATL is authorised, risk passes to the Customer at the time the goods are left at the nominated address.

Proof of delivery

BRNDY may request proof of delivery from the carrier, including signature records and/or delivery photographs where available. BRNDY does not guarantee that delivery photographs will be provided by carriers.

6. Title

Title to goods is governed by BRNDY's Terms and Conditions.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

The Customer is responsible for ensuring delivery details provided are accurate and complete.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to make arrangements for receipt, the Customer may be liable for redelivery fees, storage fees, or additional transport costs incurred.

8. Inspection, Damage & Defects

The Customer must inspect goods promptly upon delivery.

Freight damage / shortage (48 hours)

Claims for freight damage or shortage must be notified to BRNDY in writing within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographic evidence.

Manufacturing defects (14 days)

Claims for manufacturing defects must be notified to BRNDY in writing within 14 days of delivery and must include reasonable evidence of the defect.

Keep goods and packaging

Do not use, dispose of, or return goods that are the subject of a claim unless BRNDY confirms next steps in writing. Please retain original packaging until the claim is resolved.

9. Delays Outside BRNDY's Control

BRNDY is not liable for delay or failure to deliver where such delay or failure arises from events beyond BRNDY's reasonable control, including carrier delays, supplier or material shortages, transport disruptions, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRNDY is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delivery delays (including lost profits, loss of revenue, or business interruption).
